Use this as a starting point when choosing your size. We stock different brands, so fit can vary between styles. Always check the individual product description and Size & fit notes first; product-specific guidance takes priority.

These ranges reflect our general guide and overlap because garments and brands fit differently. One-size pieces have their own fit range where supplied on the product page.

How to measure

• Bust: measure around the fullest part, keeping the tape level.
• Waist: measure around your natural waist without pulling the tape tight.
• Hips: measure around the fullest part of your hips.

Compare your measurements with any measurements supplied for the individual item. Fabric stretch, cut and your preferred fit can affect your choice.

Choose the delivery option that suits your plans at checkout. Your available services and final delivery charge are shown before you pay.

Standard UK delivery

Allow approximately 3–5 working days. Our published standard delivery price is £3.99; any applicable promotion or destination-specific charge is shown at checkout.

First-class UK delivery

Our published first-class price is £5.99, with an estimated delivery time of 1–2 working days for orders placed before 3pm. Delivery times are estimates, not a guaranteed arrival date. If you need an outfit for a particular event, email us before ordering so we can advise.

Click & collect in Haslingden

Shopping locally? Choose free pickup at checkout when available and collect your order from our boutique: 17 Deardengate, Haslingden, Rossendale, BB4 5QN.

1. Place your order and select pickup at checkout.
2. Please allow 2–4 days for collection (usually ready immediately).
3. Wait for your ready-to-collect notification before travelling, then bring your order confirmation.

Tracking & delivery help

Check your dispatch email for delivery information and tracking where provided. If your parcel is delayed or you need help, email us with your order number.

International orders

Available destinations and delivery charges are shown at checkout. Orders outside the UK may incur import VAT, customs duties or handling charges. These are the customer’s responsibility unless checkout explicitly states that they are included.

A little more time to decide

We want you to love your Unscripted pieces. For online orders, including online orders collected from our boutique, you have 14 days after receiving your order to tell us you would like to cancel or return it. You then have a further 14 days to send it back.

How to return

1. Email ukunscripted@gmail.com with your name and order number to let us know you wish to return.
2. Pack your items carefully and include your name and order number. Please keep labels and original packaging where possible.
3. Send your return to: Unscripted Fashion Ltd, 17 Deardengate, Haslingden, Rossendale, BB4 5QN.

Keep proof of postage; we recommend a tracked service. Contact us before posting if an item is faulty or incorrect so we can help arrange the return.

Trying on your items

You may inspect and try on items as you would in a shop. Please take care with makeup, perfume and jewellery. We may reduce a refund to reflect loss of value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to check an item.

Refunds

Refunds go back to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving your return, or evidence that you have sent it back, whichever is earlier. When you cancel your whole online order, we also refund the standard outbound delivery charge. Any extra paid for a premium delivery service is not refundable.

Sale items have the same statutory cancellation rights as full-price items. We do not charge a restocking fee or retrospectively deduct a free-delivery promotion from your refund.

Exceptions

The change-of-mind cancellation right does not apply to sealed items that are unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once unsealed, or to personalised or custom-made items. A product category alone does not remove your statutory rights.

Boutique purchases

For items bought in person, our change-of-mind policy is exchange or credit note rather than a refund. This does not affect your statutory rights if goods are faulty, not as described or otherwise do not meet your legal rights.
